As per our privacy policy, Marketplace Events is a permission-based email sender. We do not share, rent, or sell any email lists.
PARKING
We ask that all exhibitors park off site at the NICE parking structure located west of State Street Friday after 5 and all-day Saturday and Sunday. There will be a shuttle for your convenience. Pick up/drop off will be at the South lobby entrance & inContact. The shuttle will run from show open to 30 minutes after the show closes. We need your help to keep the parking spaces available to attendees. This is SO Important! A parking stall can either hold your car all day or 10 of your customers.
MOVE-IN
Please refer to the Move-in Map
for your scheduled drive in time. If you can't make your scheduled move-in time,
you are welcome to come after but will need to hand-carry all items to the
booth.
We also ask that you unload your
vehicle quickly and remove it from the facility so we can accommodate everyone.

MOVE-OUT
Move-out will begin at 6:05pm on Sunday night. You can hand cart items out the back dock doors, or if you need to drive in, the doors will open at 8pm.
You also have Monday from 8am-noon.
All items needs to be cleared no later than noon on Monday March 11, 2024

These scammers are attempting to receive monies from exhibiting companies without providing anything in return. These emails are not approved by Marketplace Events, and Marketplace Events would never ask for bank information or other sensitive information over email.

ENHANCE YOUR COMPANY’S ONLINE EXHIBITOR LISTING
Your basic listing will be uploaded to the website when you book your booth. Within 24 hours you will receive an automated email to enhance your listing. This link can be used multiple times and you can make updates and changes to your listing until ONE day after the show commences. If you have any questions regarding the online exhibitor listing or do not receive the link, please email our digital support rep JenK@mpeshows.com.

In efforts to protect potential joint customers from fraudulent events and scammers, we request that you do not create your own Facebook Event. This helps us manage ticket sales for the event, and ensures that our team are available to support both
exhibitors and potential attendees with any questions, comments, or concerns that they have. Please feel free to reach out to your show manager or show marketing manager with your companies’ Facebook page and we can add you as a co-host to the
