Company Description:
We are Britt and Kirsten Smith owners/artists of The Potterysmiths. We've been in Utah for 26 years. Our love of pottery came from my (Kirsten's) father who was a ceramics professor. We met in high school and Britt quickly fell in love with ceramics as well. We have been working with clay since 1995 and have had an established ceramics studio at our home in Utah for about 20 years. Britt is close to retirement from his career of 22 years and we will be going full time with our ceramics business soon. Britt has served the community of Pleasant Grove as a police officer for 22 years and is currently the assistance chief of police.
